You look fine on paper. So why do you feel like you’re living someone else’s life?
You’re capable. You’re competent. Other people probably think you have it sorted. But underneath, something feels off. You’re going through the motions. Making decisions based on what looks sensible, what other people expect, or what feels safe. You’ve stopped asking yourself what you actually want – because somewhere along the way, you learned that wanting things was risky, selfish, or unrealistic.
I help thoughtful women in London change the internal narrative keeping them small, so they can make confident decisions about what comes next.
This is right for you if:
You feel stuck but can’t quite articulate why
You make sensible decisions, but they don’t feel like your decisions
You’ve spent years meeting other people’s expectations and lost touch with what you want
You’re tired of being the capable one who has it together, because inside, you don’t feel that way at all
You’re navigating a major life transition, or feel like you should be, but nothing is shifting
You have a sense there’s “more,” but you don’t know what that looks like
Why talking to friends and reading books hasn’t been enough
Your friends love you. The self-help books have good ideas. But there’s a difference between intellectually understanding your patterns and actually shifting them.
Many of the women I work with have already done the journalling, the therapy, and the courses. What they need now is someone who will ask the questions they’re avoiding, reflect back what they’re not seeing, and hold space while they figure out who they’re becoming, not who they’ve been told to be.
This isn’t about fixing you. There is nothing wrong with you. It’s about untangling the beliefs and expectations that have shaped your choices until now, and deciding whether they still fit.
From burnout to clarity
Many of the women I see don’t just feel stuck. They feel burnt out.
Years of striving, adapting, and meeting expectations have left them exhausted and disconnected from what they actually want. If you’re running on empty, we don’t push harder. We start by creating space to recover your energy before we figure out what comes next.
What we work on
01
Reconnecting with yourself
When you’ve spent years striving, adapting, or meeting expectations, it becomes difficult to hear your own voice. We slow things down enough to step back from the noise and make decisions from a place of intention rather than fear.
02
Examining the stories you live by
We look at the beliefs, patterns, and assumptions that have shaped your life so far — about what you’re capable of, what you deserve, and what’s “realistic” for someone like you. We ask whether those stories are still true, or whether they’ve just been repeated so often they feel like fact.
03
Building trust in your own judgement
Many women I work with don’t trust themselves to make big decisions. They’ve been second-guessing themselves for years. We rebuild that trust — not by forcing confidence, but by understanding where the self-doubt came from and whether it’s still serving you.
04
Creating a life that actually fits
Together, we turn that clarity into meaningful next steps. That might mean changing direction, pursuing a long-held ambition, shifting your relationship with money, building better boundaries, or simply giving yourself permission to want more than you have.
Fulfilment coaching: not just what you do, but how it feels
Life coaching isn’t about fixing a single problem. It’s about building a life that feels genuinely fulfilling – where your work, relationships, and sense of yourself align. We look at the whole picture, not just the urgent crisis.
How this connects to the bigger picture:
Life coaching rarely stays in one box. The same beliefs that keep you stuck in life often show up in your career, your finances, and your relationships. That’s why many of my clients combine life coaching with career coaching or money mindset coaching through The Springboard.
But life coaching can also stand alone – particularly if your sense of stuckness is broader than work, or if you’re navigating a transition that doesn’t fit a neat category.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
Lauren came into my life at a real crossroads, and from the start she created genuine space for me to slow down and reconnect with what I actually want…

I came away with more clarity, more confidence, and a genuine sense of possibility.
Lauren came into my life at a real crossroads, and from the start she created genuine space for me to slow down and reconnect with what I actually want.
What set her apart was the quality of her presence – unhurried, warm, and deeply attentive. She asked exactly the right questions to help me envision my career not just as it is, but as it could be: idealistic but attainable. That balance is hard to strike, and she did it with ease.
She also helped me reframe the journey itself – finding meaning in small wins, keeping perspective through uncertainty, and understanding that this kind of growth is a marathon, not a sprint.
The fact that she offered all of this so generously says everything about who she is. I came away with more clarity, more confidence, and a genuine sense of possibility. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Frequently asked questions
What is life coaching?
Life coaching helps you gain clarity on what you want, understand what’s holding you back, and take meaningful steps towards a life that feels aligned with who you actually are. Unlike therapy, which often explores past experiences in depth, coaching is forward-focused — though we do examine the beliefs and patterns that have shaped you until now.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy tends to focus on healing, processing past experiences, and managing mental health. Coaching is action-oriented and future-focused. Many of my clients have done therapy and find coaching is the next step — the “okay, now what?” phase. If you’re dealing with significant trauma or active mental health challenges, therapy is likely the better fit right now.
How do I know if I need life coaching, career coaching, or money mindset coaching?
If your sense of stuckness is broader than work — you feel lost, out of alignment, or disconnected from what you want — life coaching is the right starting point. If your primary stress is professional, career coaching fits better. If it’s specifically about money anxiety, money mindset coaching is the door. Many clients move between all three as part of The Springboard.

What is the difference between a life coach and a career coach?
A career coach focuses specifically on your professional life — helping you navigate career change, redundancy, promotion, or finding work that aligns with your values. A life coach takes a broader view, looking at your overall sense of fulfilment, relationships, confidence, and life direction.
I work across both. Most women who come to me for career coaching find that the same patterns show up in their relationship with money, their confidence, and their sense of what’s possible for them. We address the whole picture, not just the CV.
How much does career coaching cost in London?
Career coaching in London typically ranges from £75 to £300+ per session depending on the coach’s experience and the depth of the programme.
My Clarity Intensive is £95 for a single 90-minute session. The Springboard – my comprehensive 4-month programme – is currently £650 for ten sessions (founding client rate).
I also offer a free 20-minute discovery call so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit before making any financial commitment.
Do you offer online coaching, or is it only in person?
I offer both online and in-person coaching for women in London. Many of my clients prefer the flexibility of Zoom sessions, while others value meeting face-to-face. We can discuss what works best for you during your discovery call.
How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?
You’re probably ready if:
• You’ve been thinking about making a change for a while but keep putting it off
• You feel stuck but can’t quite articulate why
• You’re tired of going round in circles in your own head
• You want support but don’t need clinical mental health support (that’s therapy, not coaching)
Coaching works best when you’re open to looking at your own patterns and willing to take action. You don’t need to have it all figured out, that’s what the coaching is for.
Still unsure? Book a free discovery call for a no-obligation conversation about whether coaching might be a good fit for you.
What happens in a free discovery call?
Your discovery call is a free, no-obligation 20-minute conversation where we:
• Discuss what’s going on for you right now
• Explore what you’d like to be different
• Answer any questions you have about how I work
• Decide together whether coaching is the right next step for you
There is no pressure to sign up. If I don’t think I’m the right person to help, I’ll tell you so, and I’ll do my best to point you toward something more suitable.

How quickly will I see results?
Most clients feel a shift in perspective within the first few sessions – a sense of relief, clarity, or possibility they haven’t felt in a while. Deeper, lasting change builds over the course of The Springboard. This isn’t a quick fix; it’s a genuine recalibration of how you relate to yourself and your choices.
Do you help with confidence and money mindset too?
Yes. While many clients come to me initially for career coaching, confidence and money mindset are woven into everything we do.
It’s difficult to make bold career decisions if you don’t believe you’re capable of them. And it’s hard to build a life you love if your relationship with money is driven by fear, guilt, or scarcity.
We address these together, because in my experience, they’re never truly separate.
