Money Mindset Coaching for Women in London

Money Mindset Coaching for Women in London

Your salary went up, but the anxiety stayed the same.

You earn enough – maybe more than enough – but you still feel a quiet panic when you check your bank account. You find it hard to spend money on yourself without guilt, even on things you need. You tell yourself you’ll start investing “when I know more,” but that day never comes. Or perhaps you can’t
seem to save anything at all: the money arrives, and somehow it disappears just as fast.

You’re not bad with money. You’re operating from an old story about what you’re allowed to have.

I help women in London untangle the beliefs behind their financial behaviour — so they can spend with intention, save with confidence, and start investing without fear.

Most coaching helps you do things differently.
My work helps you see yourself differently.

  • You feel guilty spending money, even on things you can easily afford
  • You want to start investing but feel paralysed by not knowing “enough”
  • You live in a scarcity mindset, where there’s never quite enough, even when the numbers say otherwise
  • You save rigidly or can’t save at all; there’s no middle ground that feels comfortable
  • Your income has grown, but your financial anxiety hasn’t shrunk
  • You make sensible decisions on paper, but your relationship with money still stresses you out

Budgeting apps. Savings challenges. “Just track your spending.” If the practical advice was enough, you would have fixed this by now.

The problem isn’t that you don’t know what to do. It’s that your financial decisions are being shaped by beliefs you absorbed long before you earned your first pay cheque — about what you deserve, what’s realistic for someone like you, and whether it’s safe to have more than you need.

Many of the women I work with are already capable and ambitious. They lead teams, run businesses, or navigate complex careers. But their relationship with money is still governed by an outdated version of themselves: one who learned to be “sensible,” who was told that wanting more was greedy, or who internalised the idea that financial security is something other people get to have.

Money mindset coaching isn’t about budgets. It’s about understanding the story underneath your spending, saving, and investing — and deciding whether that story still serves you.

What we work on:

Spending without guilt

We look at where your discomfort comes from and build a healthier, more intentional relationship with spending — one that isn’t driven by deprivation or rebellion, but by choice.

Saving with confidence

Whether you struggle to save at all or save obsessively out of fear, we find a rhythm that feels grounded rather than anxious.

Investing without paralysis

We address the fear that keeps you on the sidelines — the belief that you don’t know enough, that you’ll get it wrong, or that investing “isn’t for people like you.” You don’t need to become a financial expert. You need to trust yourself enough to begin.

Scarcity to sufficiency

We examine the mindset that keeps you feeling like there’s never enough, even when your circumstances have changed. This shift affects not just your bank balance, but your career
decisions, your relationships, and your sense of what’s possible.

Why this matters:

Women in the UK retire with investment portfolios roughly 35% smaller than men’s. Over a lifetime, that gap can cost more than £200,000 in earnings and missed growth. Much of this isn’t about income – it’s about engagement. Women are less likely to invest, less likely to negotiate, and more likely to defer financial decisions to someone else.

I don’t teach women to be greedy. I teach them to stop opting out of their own financial lives. Because the cost of staying small isn’t just the money you never made. It’s the freedom you never claimed.

I am not a financial adviser. I do not recommend specific investments, platforms, or strategies. What I do is upstream of that.

I help you overcome the fear, guilt, and confusion that keep you from engaging with your finances at all.

Many of my clients do go on to work with a financial adviser or use an investment platform — but they do so with clarity and confidence, not paralysis.

Money mindset work rarely stays in one box. The beliefs that keep you small financially are often the same beliefs that keep you small professionally — the fear of asking for a raise, the hesitation to start something of your own, the sense that you should just be grateful for what you have.

When your relationship with money shifts, other decisions become easier. You stop making career choices from fear. You start pursuing opportunities that genuinely excite you. You give yourself permission to build a life that actually fits.

That’s why many of my clients combine money mindset coaching with career or life coaching through The Springboard. But we can also work on money as a standalone focus.
