About Me

Hi, I’m Lauren – a twenty-something coffee-fiend with a passion for coaching.
I help my clients lead more purposeful, connected and calm lives.

I’ve always loved helping people and have been teaching & mentoring young people for many years.

After an unexpected redundancy stopped me in my tracks, I set about finding a job that aligned with my values, aspirations and strengths better & didn’t leave me dreading Monday morning.

This process brought me in touch with others in similar positions and I began working with them to help them find greater clarity in their job search too.

Fast forward to now & I help my clients with much more than just finding meaningful work – from overcoming people-pleasing to finding small ways to be kind to themselves, I love helping people grow and become who they want to be.

Many of my clients are young professionals and we work together to overcome a whole range of challenges, from pivoting careers to setting boundaries.

While my personal experience with quarter-life transitions drives my passion for supporting young professionals, my coaching approach has evolved to support clients of all ages through life’s pivotal moments. Whether you’re 25 or 55, if you’re seeking clarity and meaningful change, we might be a great fit.

What tends to unite all my clients, young or older is that they’re young-at-heart and looking for a motivational, passionate coach so if this is you, do reach out!

I think there’s often a lot to be gained from intergenerational coaching. If you’re interested in hearing more of my thoughts, you can read about my experience working with an older client on my blog.

How to Choose a Coach?

Choosing a coach is difficult & very personal. The most important thing that you want to find is a resonance with the person; you’ll be spending a fair few hours together talking about some challenging topics, so it’s important that you trust them.

I offer a free discovery call so that we can meet & work out if we might be a good fit. This is a no-strings-attached meeting where we can just get to know each other a bit and you can ask any questions you might have about coaching.
